Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has commended as timely and praiseworthy the “brave” move by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) forces in arresting US Marines who trespassed into Iran’s territorial waters.
Ayatollah Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, met Sunday noon with the youth of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Navy who arrested the American forces who had illegally entered the territorial waters of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Speaking at the meeting, His Eminence described this praiseworthy action by the IRGC Navy as a courageous measure that was inspired by faith, further reiterating: “You did a brilliant, interesting and timely job. In fact, this event should be considered God’s work. He drew them towards our waters so that with your timely measure, they would be arrested in that manner – with their hands on their heads.”
In this meeting, noon and afternoon prayers were conducted and led by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
